Used in conjunction with fully automatic winding machines;
Truss structure with weighing function;
Fixed on the outside, yarn is pushed by the winding machine, and the inner expansion shaft automatically unloads the yarn;
Bag made of thermal shrinkage film;
After the yarn cake is bagged, the film breaks;
Thermal shrinkage;
Release yarn to the belt conveyor;
Used in conjunction with palletizing robots.
Wrapping type yarn unloading manipulator
Used in conjunction with fully automatic winding machines;
Frame structure with weighing function;
Automatically stretch, wrap, and break the flim, fix the out side to the inside of film;
Hand held yarn picking and bottom tapping;
Release the yarn to the belt conveyor;
Thermal shrinkage;
Used in conjunction with stacking manipulator.
